Why have your vitamin D level checked?

Vitamin D levels vary from person to person and are influenced by factors such as sun exposure, lifestyle and diet.

A measurement can be useful if you would like to know your current vitamin D status or have questions about a supplement you are already taking.

In a personal conversation, we explain your reading clearly and discuss which next steps may be sensible.
